Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ctrl, a product of Lisan Systems ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or connecting a channel to Ctrl, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business.

2. What Ctrl is

Ctrl is a unified inbox that lets a business connect its own Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business accounts and manage customer conversations from a single dashboard. Ctrl connects to these platforms only through their official, authorized login and API flows — we never request or store a business's platform password.

3. Your account and responsibilities

• You must have the authority to connect the Instagram, Facebook Page, and/or WhatsApp Business account you connect to Ctrl (e.g. as an owner, admin, or authorized manager of that account).
• You are responsible for the accuracy of messages, automated replies, and AI-drafted content you choose to send to your customers through Ctrl.
• You must comply with the terms and policies of every platform you connect (Meta's Platform Terms, Messenger Platform Policy, WhatsApp Business Policy, etc.) when using Ctrl to interact with those platforms.
• You are responsible for keeping your Ctrl login credentials confidential.

4. AI features

Where enabled, Ctrl uses a third-party AI service to classify incoming messages or draft suggested replies. AI-drafted replies are suggestions only — you review and approve every message before it is sent to a customer. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI classifications or drafts.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ctrl to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates the policies of the platform being used, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.

6. Availability and changes

Ctrl relies on third-party platforms (Meta's Graph API, our AI provider) to function, and we are not responsible for outages or changes on their end that affect Ctrl's availability. We may modify or discontinue features of Ctrl at any time.

7. Termination

You may disconnect any channel or stop using Ctrl at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Ctrl for accounts that violate these Terms or misuse a connected platform.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Ctrl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisan Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ctrl.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ctrl after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
